The Charlotte Convention Center (CCC) is a modern landmark and paragon of excellence in customer service and venue management. Steps from hotels, attractions, dining and nightlife, the CCC is easily accessible and boasts a bustling Uptown cityscape on its doorstep.
Only seven miles from CLT Airport, the 600,000-square-foot venue is across the street from the 700-room Westin Hotel and is connected to the iconic NASCAR Hall of Fame via an overstreet walkway. The recent $126.9 million expansion added more than 50,000 square feet of meeting room and pre-function space and brought the total individual breakout spaces from 41 to 55. Those spaces include a 40,000-square-foot ballroom; a 35,000-square-foot ballroom, which can be divided into four 7,700-square-foot breakout spaces; and 50 meeting rooms.
The expansion also added an exterior overstreet pedestrian walkway that connects to the area's largest hotel, retail and a light rail station. Its prime location is just steps from cultural attractions, sports venues, nightlife and 200-plus restaurants.
