Overview Eligibility
Trade show stands making their debut at EuroShop 2014 in Dusseldorf, Germany, are eligible.
Held once every three years, EuroShop sets the tone for the stand- and retail-design industries. Featuring inventive materials, unique concepts, and one-off creations, the trade fair offers endless inspiration for exhibition and event professionals the world over. EXHIBITOR Magazine's EuroShop Awards honor the most impressive stands this trend-setting show has to offer.

during EuroShop
2014 by a panel
of international
design experts.

Recognition


Awards What's in it for you?
One Best of Show winner will be chosen in small, medium, and large categories, and trophies will be awarded to these winners during EuroShop 2014. Winners will receive one free trophy and may purchase additional trophies following EuroShop. Honorable Mentions will also be selected and notified during EuroShop 2014. Entrants selected as Honorable Mentions will not receive free trophies, but will be able to purchase trophies following EuroShop.
Best of Show winners will receive a free custom-designed trophy during EuroShop, and Honorable Mention winners may purchase trophies following EuroShop.
Winning projects will be profiled on www.ExhibitorOnline.com, and all projects will be considered for coverage in EXHIBITOR magazine.
Winning projects will be listed in a press release announcing EXHIBITOR Magazine's EuroShop Awards, which will be posted to ExhibitorOnline.com.
Representatives from EXHIBITOR will visit winning exhibits on site during EuroShop for a photo op with a trophy.

Submission Process


1. Entry Form and Fee Submit the following Online Entry Form and Payment Information.

2. Project Summary Send your written one- to two-page summary (formatted as a Word document) to larmstrong@exhibitormagazine.com. Input "EuroShop 2014 EXHIBITING COMPANY NAME AND BOOTH NUMBER" in the subject line. >> Submission Instructions

Both pieces of your submission must be received on or before the following deadlines. Entries received without all required information will not be considered, and entry fees will not be refunded.
Early bird deadline: Jan. 24, 2014 ($125)
Final deadline: Jan. 31, 2014 ($175)

Entry Requirements
Include the following items for each entry. Information provided in your entry will not be made public until EuroShop 2014 opens on Feb. 16, 2014. However, all entries (including the form, fee, and summary) must be received by: Jan. 24, 2014, for the early deadline ($125) or by Jan. 31, 2014, for the final deadline ($175).

Step 1: Form/Fee
Fill out the online entry form and provide credit-card payment information.

Step 2: Summary
Project Summary. Email a written one- to two-page summary of the design (in Word format) to Linda Armstrong, program manager, at larmstrong@exhibitormagazine.com.

Step 3: Art/Visuals
Winners Only
If your stand is chosen as a winner, you must submit high-resolution images (Raw, TIFF, EPS, or JPEG) within one week of notification.

Deadlines
and Entry Fees

Early bird deadline: Jan. 24, 2014 ($125). Final deadline: Jan. 31, 2014 ($175). Payment is collected via the online form and must be made in U.S. funds via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. In order for you to receive the early, discounted rate, all entry components must be received on or before the early deadline. In order for your entry to be eligible for the competition, all entry components must be received on or before the final deadline.

Notes
Entries submitted without all requirements will not be considered, and entry fees will not be refunded.
Entry materials will not be returned.
By entering EXHIBITOR Magazine's EuroShop 2014 Awards, entrants grant permission to reproduce the material and information entered in any magazine, book, promotional material, or online format produced by Exhibitor Media Group.
