Cindy Bond partner The Bond Group, Chicago
Cindy Bond is principal of The Bond Group, an integrated marketing-communications agency that she co-founded in 1994. Her team consults on aspects of marketing in industries such as technology, health care, consumer products, manufacturing, and real estate/construction.
Bond counsels, ideates, and implements marketing campaigns with large- and mid-sized companies as well as with owners of high-growth businesses. She is also the past president and an active member of the Chicago Chapter of the American Marketing Association, a 1,400-member association of marketing practitioners and service providers in the Chicago area.

George Couris is the executive vice president of the Pepper Group, where he helps clients identify and evaluate opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans. Couris has experience in a wide range of industries including transportation, manufacturing, and construction, as well as technology, consumer goods, and financial services.
Prior to joining the Pepper Group, Couris held numerous positions within Michelin North America developing launch plans, executing marketing initiatives, and winning support for multiple strategic projects.
He has authored several white papers and spoken to varied audiences about strategic marketing. His is currently president of the Chicago chapter of the American Marketing Association, where he is responsible for advancing the quality and growth of the largest AMA chapter in the country.

Steve Gaither has more than 15 years of creative and marketing experience and is the president and founder of JB Chicago. Since its inception in 1995, JB Chicago has grown into a full-service integrated-marketing and communications agency focused on creative, interactive, and traditional communications solutions. JB Chicago also has been named by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in its industry, and it qualifies for the Inc. 5,000, its annual award given to the fastest-growing companies in America.
Gaither is active in the American Marketing Association and Chicago Association of Direct Marketing. He also sat on the board for Y-ME and Looking Glass Theater, and contributed services to Chicago's Gateway Green.

Bob Goranson partner Mobium Creative Group, Chicago
Bob Goranson has nearly 30 years of experience in business-to-business marketing and communications on both the agency and client side of the business. He is currently a partner at the award-winning Mobium Creative Group, where he heads up account strategy and planning, is in charge of the account service team, and serves on the company's management team.
His client-management experience covers development of integrated branding and communications programs for a wide range of clients from industrial to financial services, including Time Warner Cable Business Class, Moog Inc., Pitney Bowes MapInfo Corp., Polycom Inc., and NEC-Mitsubishi Inc.
Goranson has been a member of the Business Marketing Association (BMA) since 1987 and has served as president of the Chicago Chapter, and as Chairman of the International Board of Directors of BMA in 2002-2003. He is a Certified Business Communicator and was named one of Business Marketing magazine's Top 25 media strategists in 1995.

Aaron Smith has extensive consulting experience in helping clients understand, develop, and implement market-driven brand strategies in the technology, travel, packaged goods, and industrial sectors. He also has expertise in brand positioning and identity development, brand portfolio and architecture, and strategy-implementation activities.
Since joining Prophet, Smith has worked on and managed engagements for companies including: DuPont, General Electric Co., Exxon Mobil Corp., and Sara Lee. Before joining Prophet, Smith worked at Envision, where he was responsible for developing customer-driven brand strategies and marketing plans. Prior to Envision, he spent four years at the Sterling-Rice Group, a Colorado-based brand-development firm, where he worked with numerous technology and consumer packaged goods companies.
Smith is an ongoing trainer at the American Marketing Association's semi-annual marketing conference, and has spoken at events for the University of Illinois in Chicago and for the Council for Advancing Secondary Education.
