PEMCO
Financial Services is a collection of companies made up of PEMCO Insurance, Washington
School Employees Credit Union and Evergreen Bank. Karen currently manages 92 events
per year - a mix of trade shows, benefits fairs and special city events. Because
of the collection of companies and the different audiences, her portfolio emphasized
the importance of working with different objectives and strategies for each group,
yet using a unifying thread throughout all of their marketing efforts. This thread
is expressed in the company mission statement to èbe the best by providing unsurpassed
service and superior value for our customers, employees, agents, communities and
stakeholders.î She demonstrated this by sharing her management details for one
insurance show and one credit union show. |
