We enjoyed
Alicia¡s unique approach to presenting her vital statistics, using a very informal,
comfortable style to present her journey to becoming a trade show manager. She
also is in a unique industry that ties right in to our location for Exhibitor
Show every spring in Las Vegas  the gaming industry. Her company makes casino
gaming equipment. Their marketing strategies are quite different from most companies
due to the fact that the gaming industry is highly regulated. There is a lengthy
protocol for each casino constructed and each game approved for use on a casino
floor, which limits their opportunities to increase their customer base. They
know exactly how many games are permitted within the US, how many Slot Managers
and Directors there are for each casino, and in essence can pinpoint their customers
with nearly 100% accuracy. This puts the emphasis more on enhancing relationships.
Alicia uses a very thorough post-show survey as the basis of her results reporting. |
