Advertising Promotions Manager, King Industries Inc. - CT |

Since certification I have been promoted twice, and I am currently responsible
for the marketing communications for all three of my employer’s (King Industries) sales divisions. In addition to my marketing career in specialty
chemicals, I have employed many of the lessons learned at Exhibitor Show in two other part-time enterprises I am a part of. I own and run Shorehaven Inn,
a small motel on Topsail Island in North Carolina, and two years ago I started a special events and trade show consulting firm known as EVENTIONEERS™.
In that time EVENTIONEERS has planned and produced several civic non-profit festivals and corporate trade association events. I contribute a lot of the
success to all three endeavors to my CTSM certification and continual participation with Exhibitor Show as a speaker, advisory board member, and perhaps
most importantly a student.
Tip to Program Newcomers:
Be patient with all the new ideas you will walk away with from Exhibitor Show. It is tempting to try to implement them all. Rather pick out what you feel
are the three best and implement them. Before you know it, you will have a comprehensive and successful trade show program. |
