Return on Emotion: How to Design and Measure ROE
You always hear about the importance of creating an emotional connection with event participants, but no one tells you what those emotions are or how to measure them. The research study that we undertook in 2021 dives into this topic – and the results show there are FIVE emotions you need to evoke at your event to drive connections and achieve business outcomes: hopeful, adventure, active, accepted, and motivated. In this session, we'll explore those emotions, how you can design programs to elicit them, and how you can measure the results to ensure your experience will drive business.

Learning Objectives:
•  Discuss how return on emotion is related to return on investment.
•  Define and design the 5 emotions that are necessary to drive business.
•  Describe what engagement means and how to measure it.

Attendance for the full session is required for those who wish to count this session towards the CTSM certification program.

This session is SOLD OUT.
