Basic Project Management and Reporting Skills

In this session we will discuss how to apply project management techniques to the tools of trade show planning and execution. We’ll explore communication processes, goal setting, team building, and ways to allow others to follow your progress. You’ll also uncover a simple way to report your project results in a clear, concise fashion. We’ll explore:
