24th Annual Salary Survey
After struggling to get through the Great Recession, it appears the exhibition industry is starting to gain some much-needed traction. Average base salaries increased by 3 percent over last year, and additional compensation is up by 2 percent. However, the single-digit increases have done little to boost morale, as the number of respondents who reported being “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with their jobs hit a five-year low, down 8 percent since 2009.
