How do I register for the Conference?
You have three options for Conference registration -
* Online - Use our SECURE web server and your credit card (American Express, Visa and Master Card accepted) to Register Online.
* Fax - Credit card payments only. Build your schedule online and print it, or download and complete the Brochure and Registration Form. Fax to: (630)434-1216.

Those faxing or mailing a registration form should either provide a credit card number or a check payable to EXHIBITOR2007 for the full amount due.
What's included with the One-Day Passport?
The One-Day Passport ($525 early bird) saves a registrant $60! It includes 3 seminars in one day plus 1 Peer2Peer Roundtable, daily exhibit hall admission, lunch voucher, and admission to all events.
What's included with the Silver Passport?
The EXHIBITOR2007 Silver Passport ($1275 early bird) provides a great opportunity for a registrant to save money on 10 sessions. The Silver Passport offer includes 10 seminars, 2 Peer2Peer Roundtables, exhibit hall admission, 3 lunch vouchers, and admission to all events. Save More! Team and government discounts are available. Please call Hall-Erickson Inc. 800-752-6312 or 630-434-7779 or e-mail es-attendee@heiexpo.com with the requested information. You'll save up to $675 by using the Silver Passport registration package. Two half-day Workshops can be added to an individual's passport for $498.

What's included with the Gold Passport?
The EXHIBITOR2007 Gold Passport ($1375 early bird) is your best opportunity for a registrant to save money on multiple sessions. By using the money-saving package the Gold Passport offer includes 13 seminars, 3 Peer2Peer Roundtables, exhibit hall admission, 4 lunch vouchers, and admission to all events. You'll save up to $1,160 by using the Gold Passport registration package. Two half-day Workshops can be added to an individual's passport for $498.

Can I change my seminar schedule once I am registered?
Yes, send an email to phatfield@heiexpo.com. Provide the session numbers you wish to add or substitute. Additional seminars may be added to an Early Bird discounted registration after the discount date and still receive the Early Bird rate. If there is a name change or if there is any other information that needs to be changed, contact phatfield@heiexpo.com or call Peggy Hatfield at 630-434-7779 or 800-752-6312.
How do I know if my classes are available after I register?
You will receive instant confirmation of your registration. You will be notified if any class is not available and asked to reselect another seminar. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact phatfield@heiexpo.com. Your confirmation is your receipt. One confirmation will be issued to each registrant. Registrations that are faxed or mailed will be acknowledged within 5 days of receipt via email, fax, or mail.
How do I register for the exhibit hall only and what is the cost?
The cost for Exhibit Hall is $75 for advance registrations through Saturday, March 24, and $100 onsite, beginning Sunday, March 25, 2007.
Admission to the exhibit hall is included with Conference Registration.
Children 17 and under are not permitted on the exhibit floor.
Where and when is attendee check-in and onsite registration?
All session registrants may pick up conference materials, including EXHIBITOR2007 badge and event tickets, at The
Mandalay Bay Convention Center, in The Square of EXHIBITOR2007, Bayside B. Hours: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm on Sunday,
March 25th, or after 7:00 am on the day of your first session. Saturday All-Day Workshop Registrants may pick up their
conference materials on the meeting room Level 3 of the Convention Center, starting at 7:30 am. Sunday Half-Day Workshop
Registrants may pick up their conference materials in the The Square, Bayside B, Level 1 of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
What Is CTSM?
The Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) credential is the only university-affiliated certification program in the trade show and event marketing industry. What is the dress code?
The dress code for EXHIBITOR Show is casual or business-casual. Be comfortable while soaking up that new knowledge and meeting those new people who will be resources for you in the future. You'll probably do lots of walking, so choose your shoes carefully. Don't forget a jacket or sweater -- sometimes the temperature of the meeting rooms can be difficult to control.
How do I make a hotel reservation?
Check availability and hotel rates at Mandalay Bay or call 877.632.7000 and mention discount code SSHOW7. EXHIBITOR2007 hotel rooms are only available at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Other nearby hotels may have rooms available such as Luxor and Excalibur but they are not within the EXHIBITOR show room block. Hotel rooms must be paid for separately from seminar registration.
