What We Don't Do Yet: Creating Innovative Exhibit and Event Experiences

Attendees must register for both 612 and 613. This is a three-hour session with a break.

Looking for new ways to attract new customers? In this two-part session, Gilmore will outline principles for engaging guests in truly compelling ways:

•  How to “ing” the thing

•  Hitting the “sweet spot” across four experiential realms

•  THEME-ing any experience

•  Directing workers to act

Designers and their clients who are interested in differentiating their marketing experiences should consider this session as a means to jumpstart the generation of practical new ideas about their exhibits and other marketing events.

CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this seminar in place of certain five-digit required seminars, with prior approval.
