CTSM REQUIREMENTS

To fulfill the educational component of the certification program, the following 23 five-digit REQUIRED seminars must be taken, along with any five ELECTIVE (three-digit) seminars offered at EXHIBITOR conferences, for a total of 28 seminars. We recommend including session 514 “Preparing, Developing, and Submitting a Quality CTSM Portfolio” as one of the electives.

* If the Sunday All-Day Workshop “Trade Show Rookies
Quick-Start Program” (S201) is taken, sessions 20611 and 20911
do not need to be taken.
**Session may be waived by candidates with a marketing
degree, and replaced with an elective.
*** Not offered at EXHIBITOR2011. Any candidate who needs
this seminar should complete the Seminar Option Request form
and select one of the approved options in its place.

CTSM required seminars will be offered at either EXHIBITORFastTrak
conferences or online through EXHIBITOR eTrak.
You will be notified when the 2011 master schedule is online.

These sessions will be most beneficial if taken in order:
20611 followed by 20911, 41611 followed by 41711, 20711
followed by 41911.

Receive credit
Be sure to take the quizzes online at www.CTSM.com for each
of the seminars to receive credit on your transcript. Instructions
are found in the front of every session handout. Quizzes must
be taken within two weeks following EXHIBITOR2011. Save all
of your seminar handouts. You will need them to prepare for
the final exam.
