Inovision Fabric Cubes
Suspended graphic cubes are great for attracting attention, but the message is usually only visible to people outside of the exhibit. Aluvision solved that problem with Inovision fabric cubes that display graphics on the inside of a hanging square as well as the outside, doubling the surface area and allowing attendees inside your booth to look up and see a second messaging space. Inovision cubes are relatively lightweight and available in sizes up to 10 feet square.

ObjectInteractive Display
Presentations on a flatscreen are just that — flat — and getting people to watch them can be a challenge. But that old-school challenge is now a thing of the past thanks to ObjectInteractive Display, a software program that brings your message to life with 3-D animation. Created by PeopleVisionFX, the program works with any touchscreen that displays content through interactive menus. This software brings the word “interactive” to a new level, however, by making items appear to come off the screen and float in front of the user. Attendees can manipulate products virtually through the touchscreen — opening them, turning them around, or peeling back the outer layer to look at the inner workings. Not only is the interface entertaining, but it’s also a great way to deliver your message.

3D EvaluAct
Measurement is a must for savvy trade show professionals, but one size does not fit all when it comes to assessment tools. That’s why a new measurement software program developed by 3D Exhibits Inc. works something like an accordion, expanding or contracting in scope depending on the customer. The program, called 3D EvaluAct, can compress down to calculating just a few metrics for measurement newbies and small operations. But for companies with more complex needs, the program expands to integrate surveys, competitive analysis, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and more. 3D EvaluAct reports go beyond numbers and charts to include data interpretation and actionable suggestions.

SL-3000
LED stem lighting just got cooler with the SL-3000, which has a stylish secret. Ribbing across the back of the light-fixture housing looks like a chic detail in the design, but the ribbed rows are actually ventilation fins that reduce the heat generated on the surface area. The SL-3000 is a durable one-piece unit that features an aluminum head and stem, and comes in black, white, silver, and custom colors. A variety of arm lengths and mounting brackets are available, and the product is manufactured in the U.S.

Floorprint by Freeman™
Save time and money on exhibit setup by getting everybody on the same page — literally — with Floorprint by Freeman. Using information you provide, Freeman’s new service generates a booth-sized diagram on low-cost banner material that shows the precise placement of each wall panel, electrical connection, rigging component, light fixture, and more within your exhibit. With the printed floor plan laid out over an entire booth space, each person on the setup crew can get right to work, placing components on the exact location indicated on the floor plan, without the questions, installation errors, and language barriers that slow down the install process. Floorprint also protects carpet from install messes, and the thin material cuts away easily once everything is in place, leaving nothing but a perfectly assembled booth.

Adapt Interactive Counter
and Wall Technology
Get booth visitors engaged with your message, and each other, by gathering them around Adapt Interactive Counters by Apple Rock Displays. The patented technology is like an iPad on steroids, with 40-inch screens that have four independent touchscreen stations in each quarter. Like an iPad, the device can hold all kinds of downloadable data, from product information to consumer-survey forms, and via an Internet connection, users can access social media and other Web-based resources. Using a camera application, photos taken in the booth can be sent to attendees with two gestures on the interactive screen, and, using technology that looks like magic, users can “push” things like product data or collaborative design drawings to one another on the screen with a flick of their hands, or “throw” information to a large screen nearby.

Intelligent LEADS 2.0
Collect and analyze leads on virtually any device, anywhere, with the Intelligent LEADS 2.0 app from Alliance Tech. The app, which works across both Android and iOS platforms, can be customized for individual events with a branching-logic survey and the ability to collect information from 1D, 2D, or Quick Response (QR) barcodes, magnetic-stripe badges, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) -enabled badges, or by manual entry at events when no badge scan is available. Advanced Customer
Segmentation & Salesforce Mapping
Time is money, and sorting and distributing leads to make sure they are in the right person’s hands can waste time and create a bottleneck that slows down the sales process. But PRMconnect Participant Relationship Management has a solution thanks to its Advanced Customer Segmentation and Salesforce Mapping software. The system works through Leadature, PRMconnect’s web-based lead-management system, and revolutionizes lead collection by sorting data as it’s uploaded according to which salesperson should receive the contact. Lead assignments are made using branching-logic determinations preloaded into the system that factor in all of the intricacies possible for how leads are assigned. With all questions about overlapping distribution channels, multiple direct sales forces, or product or geographic specialties answered in the Salesforce Mapping Software, leads are automatically sent to the appropriate salesperson before a client has even left the booth. Kaon 3D Product App
Kaon Interactive is making it easier to show off products anywhere by creating an interactive 3-D rendering that can be downloaded to an iPad or iPhone and used regardless of the presence of a web signal. The 3D Product App allows exhibitors to ship fewer product samples to the show floor, as well as to take even the most cumbersome products anywhere to share with prospective clients, who will be able to explore items virtually as if they had the actual product in their hands. Since the files are preloaded from the Kaon remote computer-server "cloud" onto a device using the app, there is no lag time in the presentation like Internet connections often require, and the ultra-portability of i-devices turns even exhibit aisles and social hours into a company sales floor. RFID eDocument Station
Make friends and collect leads at the same time when you offer attendees fun activities in your exhibit, along with a Facebook portal to let them share their in-exhibit adventures. The RFID eDocument Station by Immersive Realities is a software service installed on tablets or other web-connected devices in the booth, through which booth visitors can provide contact information, get a Radio Frequency Identification card, and log into their Facebook accounts while in the exhibit. Doing so allows their photos, game scores, or other in-booth activities to be posted on their Facebook pages or e-mailed to them. Show-goers can also “like” their host on Facebook, broadening your reach while engaging clients in a social-media relationship that can continue post show. Stations using the software throughout a display can be customized as information stands, games, photo opportunities, and more, but each is also a cleverly designed lead-collection system that gathers contact information and engagement metrics with each RFID card swipe.

Integrated Video as Documents
In the past, only text and HTML documents in a virtual literature library could be e-mailed to booth visitors, leaving powerful sales instruments like video out of the mix. PRMconnect Participant Relationship Management is changing that with its Integrated Video as Documents tool that allows video files to be shared with potential clients the same way other literature can be selected and sent at a trade show. Through its server, PRMconnect’s Leadature lead-management system converts video clips into a file format that can be played through the server and e-mailed as effortlessly as a document, creating an efficient and economical way to get rich presentation materials into booth visitors' hands.

ILLUMILITE PANELS
It used to be that having an illuminated floor meant dealing with bulky light cubes, low weight tolerances, and a hefty expense, but no longer. Illumilite Panels by The Inside Track Inc. are revolutionizing that underfoot luminance with wafer-thin light panels that are flexible and lightweight but can take a boot-stomping and still give off an even glow. Illumilite Panels use technology (similar to that found in backlit cell phones and watches) in which layers of phosphor are printed on a special polyester film with an electrically conductive coating. Panels produce cool white light when the electroluminescent phosphor crystals are excited by being exposed to electric current. The result is durable, uniform radiance from panels that range in size from 8.5-by-11 inches to 36-by-72 inches. Panels, which are made in the USA, will work under any slip-resistant flooring material that is translucent, and can be used indoors or outdoors.

Reduce clutter and protect your devices when you flush mount your iPads on virtually any laminated counter with the MOD-211 iPad Counter Insert by Classic Exhibits. Using a bracket that installs beneath any Classic Exhibits countertop and an opening custom cut for the iPad, the MOD-211 holds the device in place and finishes the visible edges with custom trim. The iPad inserts into the counter in minutes, allowing you to remove it at the end of the day, and inserts are available sized for iPads 1 or 2, but can be custom-sized for other tablets as well.

BabbleText
Enjoy instant, anytime access to prospects and customers when you engage them with a mobile marketing campaign from BabbleText. Created by Babble Mobile Marketing, BabbleText is a comprehensive service that helps exhibitors create traffic-building connections that can develop relationships pre-show and can sustain their contact through the show and afterwards. Attendees are invited to sign up for BabbleText messages through pre-show mailings, Quick Response (QR) codes, or on-site promotions. Mobile-web landing pages designed by the exhibitor and hosted by Babble are easy to create and can offer pictures, attachments, and video to followers who enter the code inviting them to opt in. BabbleText can send show-wide alerts, notifications about prize drawings, promotions, and more to all followers, or select groups, such as clients, can be targeted with specific messages. BabbleText functions can be accessed through a mobile dashboard that also collects lead information for registrants.
