CTSM REQUIREMENTS

To fulfill the educational component of the certification program, the following 23 five-digit REQUIRED seminars must be taken, along with any five ELECTIVE (three-digit) seminars offered at EXHIBITOR conferences, for a total of 28 seminars. We recommend including session 514 “Preparing, Developing, and Submitting a Quality CTSM Portfolio” as one of the electives.

* If the Sunday All-Day Workshop “Trade Show Rookies Quick-Start Program” (S201) is taken, sessions 20612 and 20912 do not need to be taken.
**Session may be waived by candidates with a marketing degree, and replaced with an elective.
*** Not offered at EXHIBITOR2012. Any candidate who needs this seminar should complete a “Seminar Option Request” online at www.CTSM.com and select one of the approved 5+ options (305, 314) in its place.

CTSM required seminars will be offered at either EXHIBITORFastTrak conferences or online through EXHIBITOR eTrak.

These sessions will be most beneficial if taken in order:
20612 followed by 20912, 41612 followed by 41712, 20712 followed by 41912.

To receive credit on your transcript, be sure to take the quizzes online at CTSM.com for each of your sessions taken. Instructions are found with the quiz sheet distributed after class. Quizzes must be taken within two weeks following EXHIBITOR2012. Save all of your seminar handouts. You will need them to prepare for the final exam.
