Time after time, exhibition planning focuses on the details of exhibiting and fails to take into consideration the importance of choosing the right staff. As a result, we fall short, with fewer or less qualified leads and not as good conversations, and show stats or location of the trade show get blamed. In this session, we will examine such topics as:

•  Why selecting and positioning the right staff is critical to your success

•  Understanding the correct criteria to use when selecting staff

•  Important tools the staff need to be successful

•  How to motivate your staff to their best performance

Holly Stevens
Holly Stevens is a Project Director for marketech360, an organization specializing in staff training and performance measurement. Holly is a veteran trade show expert bringing over 20 years experience in both corporate and convention marketing. Through her diverse background, experience, and MBA in Marketing, she is able to bring a unique perspective of continuous improvement to the trade show environment. She has presented at a variety of conferences, including HCEA 2010 where she conducted “Mixed Up Metrics”.
