Personas are fictional profiles based on the attitudes, behaviors and motivations displayed at different times, in different circumstances, by real people. Creating audience personas to portray user wants and needs is a powerful way to inform exhibit and event design. Learn to harness personas to improve your program:

•  Find out what personas are and how to create them

•  Learn how personas differ from market segmentation

•  Review examples of completed personas that work for various industries—including twenty developed specifically for meetings and events
