The more targeted and pertinent your program, the more effective it will be. This session starts with the “hows” and “whys” of creating a target audience profile, then explores how to use that profile to create a targeted event that motivates attendees to action. Learn:

•  How to create a target audience profile

•  The means to gather information

•  How to use hot buttons and personality profiles to create a program that connects with your target audience

•  To transition your attendee into your sales process

Content will include case studies illustrating how companies translated target audience profiles into targeted event marketing programs.

CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this seminar in place of certain five-digit required seminars, with prior approval.

Todd Simon
Currently the President of Perfect Pitch Productions LLC, Todd has been designing sales, marketing, and presentation programs for over 28 years. With a successful history of developing new business and deep relationships with hi-tech companies, Todd found a calling in the Corporate Communications industry specializing in presentation development and training. His experience includes the development of national and international integrated sales, marketing, and presentation programs for such clients as 3M, Nortel, IBM, RockTenn, Freeman, and many others. Combining these programs with audience acquisition and lead generation seminars Todd has become expert in the skills needed in CEM - the Customer Experience Marketing space.
