Successful experiential events and conferences make a strong connection with attendees through the use of interactivity. Effectively incorporating interactivity throughout your event or conference design will ensure that your message resonates with your audience and meets your objectives. We’ll examine how to:

•  Define your audience and establish measurable objectives

•  Focus your message and define a theme to bring it to life

•  Effectively reinforce the message before, during and after your event

•  Choreograph an agenda that involves attendees from start to finish

•  Create sessions that challenge and engage attendees

FACULTY:

John Santeler
is president and CEO, EXP Productions, Inc. Mr. Santeler has been in strategic marketing for 30 years. In 1985 he created Santeler Marketing Group, an agency focused on the strategic design, development and delivery of events and exhibits. In 1999, he transformed the agency into EXP Productions. Clients include Disney, Kodak, Apple, IBM, Motorola, Sony, Adobe, eBay, HP, and others. Mr. Santeler has developed hundreds of interactive sessions involving presidents, CEOs, CMOs, and other top-ranking corporate officers. He has delivered sessions to employees, sales reps, and customers on behalf of his clients. Mr. Santeler engages, educates, and entertains his audiences, delivering a truly meaningful and memorable experience.

Kelli Ambrosi
Kelli Ambrosi Senior Director, Marketing Communications EXP Productions, Inc. Kelli has worked with EXP Productions since 2000, managing marketing communications and audience aquistiion programs for several large industry conferences. Having worked in both corporate and agency environments, she has a proven track record delivering innovative solutions for clients including Xiilnx, Palm, eBay, Adobe, and Life Technologies. She has directed hundreds of marketing communications programs, including event marketing, product launches, advertising, direct marketing, corporate communications, and interactive campaigns. She began her career as a graphic designer and held management positions at SGI, where she drove company-wide positioning for developers and produced worldwide developer events.
