Any event plan must be measured against specific objectives in order to be considered successful. By aligning business and program objectives through the end result, planners can demonstrate this success. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to:

•  Establish priorities and realistic expectations

•  Outline a consistent measurement methodology

•  Analyze results and make recommendations

Katharine Chestnut Klang, CTSM, Diamond Level
With 25+ years experience, Katharine started as an ad agency art director before transitioning to client-side marketing communications. Strategic planning and measurement of her own programs became her passion. Involvement in every level of the creative and marketing process, she brings a practical working knowledge to every project. Experience in a variety of industries: electronics, natural foods, software, and engineering among others, allows her to bring inventiveness to her solutions. She is a contributing writer for marketing publications and a regular at the Exhibitor Show for 13+ years on such topics of Strategic Planning, Measurement, Integrated Marketing Communications and more.
