Small Budgets Call for Big Plans

Exhibitors with big budgets are not the only ones who need comprehensive action plans for their shows. Small exhibitors with lower budgets need to be even more diligent and creative when setting strategies to help them stand out and achieve their goals. No matter the size of the budget, with a well thought out plan of action, exhibit managers can focus their vision and resources and demonstrate the effectiveness of their program by: - Identifying specific/measureable goals - Defining the target audience - Determining creative methods to attract the target audience to the booth - Establishing measurement tactics to help them determine their success
