The Power of Personas

Personas are fictional profiles based on the attitudes, behaviors, and motivations displayed at different times in different circumstances by real people. Portraying wants and needs with this design thinking tool is a powerful way to inform exhibit and event design. Avoid “better sameness” by using personas intelligence. In this session, you will:

•  Find out what personas are and how to create them for your business

•  Learn how personas differ from mere market segmentation

•  Review examples of completed personas work for various industries, including a set of twenty developed specifically for meetings and events
