W613
Creating Innovative Exhibit and Event Experiences (continued)

Attendees must register for both this session and W612, offered 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM. This is a three-hour session with a break.

Looking for new ways to attract new customers? Designers and their clients who are interested in differentiating their marketing experiences should consider this session as a means to jump-start the generation of practical new ideas about their exhibits and marketing events. In this two-part session, author Jim Gilmore will outline principles for engaging guests in truly compelling ways:

•  How to "ing" the thing

•  Hitting the sweet spot across four experiential realms

•  Theme-ing any experience

•  Directing workers to act their part

CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this seminar in place of certain five-digit required seminars, with prior approval.
