Designers and their clients who are interested in differentiating their marketing experiences should consider this session as a means to jump-start the generation of practical new ideas about their exhibits and marketing events. In this two-part session, author Jim Gilmore will outline principles for engaging guests in truly compelling ways:

•  Theme-ing any experience

•  Directing workers to act their part
