Shana Carr has over 18 years experience in the trade show and event marketing industry. She brings a passion for the business and a well-rounded, multi-faceted background. Shana began her career with Giltspur (later Exhibitgroup/Giltspur) where she quickly advanced and evolved through many different roles including estimating, project management, product management, and sales management. Later she joined Derse as the General Manager of the Milwaukee then Las Vegas divisions. She joined MC² in 2007 as the General Manager of the Southwest Division and is now the Division President responsible for the overall management of the group, which includes the Las Vegas, San Francisco and Kingman facilities.

Kristin Castelli leads MG’s national team of Account Executives as they develop and execute face-to-face marketing solutions that include; exhibits, events, environments and a full range of event services. Kristin has been working in sales in the experiential marketing industry since 1993 and expanded MG’s west coast presence by opening MG’s San Francisco office in 1999. Her expertise has helped MG Design build its presence in the healthcare, technology and security industries. During her 14 years with MG Design, Castelli has held several roles including account executive, regional sales manager and vice president of national accounts.
