Before renting EXHIBITOR2010 Registration Lists, please read the following information as well as the Terms & Conditions:
Note: Attendees can opt out of receiving communications from exhibitors. The final data file does not represent the total number of registered attendees. You may obtain names from EXHIBITOR2009, EXHIBITOR2010 or both shows. The system will automatically remove any duplicate names. Please select your preference on the order form.
The way you choose to communicate with your potential clients will determine whether you select all registrants or a more specific group of registrants whose contact profile meets your marketing needs.
Terms & Conditions
This list may only be used one time per list rental and this list is the intellectual property of EXHIBITOR2010. This list may not be used for questionnaires or surveys. You agree not to sell, give or otherwise provide this list to anyone with the exception of vendors whom you may hire to write, design, print or mail your pre-show and/or post-show marketing materials. You must inform these vendors that they are also obligated not to sell, give or otherwise provide this list to others or to use the list for any purpose or to retain a copy of the list. Violators will be prohibited from future access to EXHIBITOR Show registration lists and may be charged a rental fee for each violation. This list is seeded and coded to identify exhibitors abusing the use of the registration list.
