Have you been asked to set objectives for a show, but donít know how? Launching a new product, delivering key messages, increasing brand awareness and rising above the competition are goals, not objectives. No wonder the answer to "How did we do at the show?" is so fuzzy. Focus! In this session you will learn to:

•  Recognize the differences between goals and real objectives

•  Create focused direction to exhibiting performance

•  Use five steps to create actionable objectives for your next show

•  Measure quantitative and qualitative success

•  Move from "performable" to "do-able"
