In this interactive, hands-on session you will learn what agendas and techniques work, how to achieve management buy-in and get staffers to attend your pre-show, at-show and post-show meetings. You will explore:

•  What types of pre-show meetings work best

•  Who should be involved in planning and conducting the meetings

•  A variety of training techniques that work to prepare, update, and report to the staff

•  Using outside talent and supporting tools
