Effective engagement focuses on the trade show attendees, their needs, priorities, and experiences. This session will discuss an array of tools that disrupt typical trade show attendee behavior and keep the conversation relevant to the attendees' needs and priorities. Learn to:
 •  Recognize what effective engagement is -and why it is important
 •  Implement three types of engagement
 •  Utilize the primary and secondary focus method of implementation
 •  Understand why attendees don't engage-and how to overcome this challenge
 •  Use technology to keep the conversation focused on the attendee
 •  Disrupt typical trade show attendee behaviors
 •  Measure the effectiveness of the engagement
