Channel 1 Marketing Re-invents the Trade Show Badge
1/30/2014
The id light up display badge is a unique new offering from Channel 1 Marketing. This LED, backlit display device weighs less than 2 ounces and can be worn with a magnet or with a lanyard.

If selling is theater, the id badge is your Marquee. Using an acetate insert, the badge can display any art, image, logo or selling message that you wish. As the acetate is removable, one can have as many inserts as desired. Select from a blinking or full on light show. Creating inserts takes no special skills or technology.

“ The classiest and least expensive advertising” is the description stated by one senior industry official.

While tens of thousands of dollars are spent on trade show booths, the id badge can, for a few dollars, attract people to you. The brightly lit unit highlights your company brand and makes the wearer’s name easy to read, even from a distance of several feet. Making a person stop and look at you is the first step in selling your product or service.

Aside from Trade Shows the id badge is a great tool for attracting attention at all sorts business meetings and events. It is an ideal product for the Incentive Travel Industry when given to guests as they arrive at the sponsored trip destinations.

The id badge has significant appeal for night charity walks such as: “Relay for Life” and “ Light the Night”, two Cancer events.

The id badge was created initially for trade show use. The inventor noticed that regular trade show badges were not very creative and colorful, often hard to read at a show and almost impossible to read at a Welcome Reception or social event related to the Trade Show. Given that such venues tend to have subdued lighting, the id is the only badge that can actually be read from several feet away and provides the WOW factor.
