2Heads Boosts Creative and Strategic Firepower

Brand experience agency 2Heads Global Design has made a string of hires to strengthen its strategic and creative teams, led by new Managing Director Gareth Minor, as the agency focuses on strengthening its partnership with current clients and adding further global brands to its client list.

The most recent key hires include Craig Sciba as Group Creative Director, with Muriel Holdsworth and Sasha Muller as Strategic Directors.

Set-up in 1983 as an exhibition design agency, 2Heads has extended its offering to meet a growing demand from clients for a more immersive and experiential approach to marketing. Minor joined 2Heads in November to shape the agency's new strategic direction with founder Pepe Parra.

"More clients are seeing the value of using experiences to tell brand stories, as a way to forge stronger and lasting relationships with audiences, and we want to ensure we have the right mix of skills to deliver cutting-edge creative and strategic solutions," said Gareth Minor, Managing Director at 2Heads.

With 15 years of experience both agency and client-side, Sciba has delivered experiential campaigns for global brands including Unilever and Emirates. Prior to 2Heads, Sciba was part of the Creative & Strategy team at Jack Morton Worldwide, having previously spent nine years at Merlin Entertainments, where he was involved with the multi-million-pound redevelopment of the London Eye, Blackpool Tower and the Sydney Tower Eye.

"Bringing Craig and the strategic team on board bolsters our creative leadership and is a continued demonstration of our significant investment in new talent during this exciting period of growth for 2Heads," Minor added.

2Heads' investment in new talent has also seen the hire of strategic specialists Holdsworth and Muller.

Holdsworth joins 2Heads from creative agency WRG, where she led their automotive offering, working with clients including BMW, Mini and Peugeot. Previously, she led multi-million-pound accounts at experiential agency TRO and has delivered events and campaigns around the globe for clients such as Nissan, GM, Orange and Shell.

Muller benefits from 20 years of global experience gained across various sectors, from FMCG, to luxury products and automotive. He re-launched key products for British American Tobacco whilst part of TBWA in Cape Town and has also led retail strategy and marcomms for Nissan Marketing Services while at TBWA Helsinki/Paris. Most recently, Muller was part of the senior team that re-launched the Jaguar global brand with Spark44 in Frankfurt.

2Heads moved last month into new offices in Buckinghamshire to be closer to transport links and a stronger talent pool. The agency also has offices in the U.S., France, the U.A.E. and China. For more information go to www.2heads.tv.
