Event Showcase uses patent pending technology to maximize sponsorship revenue and match attendees to sessions, exhibitors and other attendees. Built in HTML5, Event Showcase uses responsive design technology and includes predictive agendas and matching, interactive floor plans, sponsorship and advertising sales, and more. Exhibitors, floor plans, agendas, documents, and social media feeds are all easily accessible to attendees, presenters, and exhibitors. In addition, it serves as an online community that encourages engagement between attendees and exhibitors before, during and long after a show.

One of the core differentiators of Event Showcase is its ability to provide live digital feedback to event managers, exhibitors and sponsors. Before a show, attendees can access Event Showcase on their computers to view exhibitor content, choose sessions, plan their agenda, review documents, and participate in social media activity. Later, they can log in to Event Showcase on their tablet and access all the information they input earlier without having to learn a new user interface. In addition, attendees benefit from instant updates no matter which device they’re using, including email blasts and announcements from show organizers.
