Tania Weinkle Joins Anaheim/Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau as Communications Director
The Anaheim/Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau (AOCVCB) welcomes Tania Weinkle as Communications Director. Weinkle has 15 years experience in corporate and consumer public relations and is a seasoned public relations practitioner.
Weinkle was most recently Director of Public Relations at INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency specializing in the automotive and sports industries, in Huntington Beach, California. There she led a public relations team and executed a variety of brand management, internal and external media relations programs and extremely successful public relations campaigns.

As Communications Director, Weinkle will lead the AOCVCB's public relations team and be responsible for garnering media exposure for the Anaheim and Orange County area through a variety of traditional and non-traditional media relations methods. Weinkle will oversee public relations efforts for the organization's rebranding and work closely with the AOCVCB's marketing, convention sales, tourism, partnership and community relations teams.
Weinkle's responsibilities as Communications Director include elevating Anaheim/Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau's reputation as a leading destination marketing organization, creating innovative public relations programs to capture media attention and coverage, and lifting the destination's brand awareness.
