a2z to Release Version 14 of a2zShow
Version 14 of a2zShow is being released next month. Engineered using state-of-the-art HTML5 and Bootstrap framework, and powered by a2z's award winning PCI compliant technology, the a2zShow admin and public portals will provide full functionality on all devices, including tablets and smartphones.
In an industry first, a2z is bringing responsive design to every aspect of the event planning experience. The solution will transform the user experience radically by simplifying complicated tasks and facilitating easy on-the-go access to all planning resources, for all users including event administrators, attendees, exhibitors and speakers.
The Interactive Event Map available with a2zShow is getting a visual and performance makeover with the V14 release. While still incorporating popular features such as Exhibitor List alongside the maps, ability to build a Personalized Expo Plan and view exhibitors’ eBooths, this new version will bring an unprecedented ease of use to users, especially on tablets and smartphones with touchscreens. The interface incorporates responsive and adaptive design, so it responds to the size of the screen as well as the operating system the user is using.

a2z PDT Mobile App Receives 55% Adoption Rate
The Orlando Convention Center opened its doors to hundreds of government financial members and accountability professionals during the 2014 AGA Professional Development Training that took place last month. Many attendees found themselves growing professionally in the bright Florida sunshine; taking part in meetings, education sessions, and networking opportunities throughout the four day event.

Exhibitors and Attendees who downloaded the app on their mobile devices had instant on-the-go access to a variety of features including the interactive floor plan, a complete list of session times and locations, and an interactive planner which users could build their own personal PDT experience.
The AGA PDT 2014 mobile app received a 55% adoption rate, with a total of 748 users installing the app on iOS, Android, or mobile web. The session features proved to be the most valuable and offered an enhanced attendee experience.
