Expo Logic Welcomes Jeff Baker to Sales Team

Expo Logic is proud to announce that Jeff Baker has joined the Expo Logic team, as a Sales Solutions Specialist.

Jeff has years of experience in the trade show world, and really enjoys teaching potential clients how to simplify their processes. “Coming to Expo Logic gives me the chance to show people how registration can be a simple process, thanks to our Badge[on]demand™ product,” Baker explains. “I've worked beside Expo Logic at many trade shows and user groups over the past several years, and I’m excited to be in the same booth with them now.”

Jeff will report to Expo Logic CEO, Jeff Cooper who says, “Jeff brings a tremendous amount of sales and marketing expertise to Expo Logic. With enough technical knowledge of AMS integration's to be a little dangerous, Jeff excels at taking complex problems and finding easy to understand solutions.”

Explaining his approach to his position as a Sales Solutions Specialist, Baker says, “I constantly look at things from the client’s perspective. If I can help them save time, money or both, I’ll show them how to set up that solution. There is never just one best product or solution for a given situation, and I take pride in finding the right answer for the specific problem a client presents me with."

“Like all of us at Expo Logic,” he continues, “I am not looking for a one-time interaction with a client. Instead, I want to be the first one they call to see if I can help—or if I know someone who can. I want to be a partner and a resource for all my clients.”

Jeff started his association career selling fax broadcast solutions in 2000. A short time later, that organization wanted to create a new revenue stream, so Jeff took charge of the audio conferencing and webinar program. In just six years, the company grew from just four employees to over twenty-five. Eventually, Jeff took his expertise in communications and webinars to another small organization with only three employees at the time. Over the next seven years, Jeff helped that organization grow from $100K in annual revenue to over $3,500,000.

Jeff obtained his MBA from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. When he isn't at his desk, or thinking about customer solutions, you’ll find Jeff playing softball with his friends or coaching his son’s various sports teams.
