Expo Logic Takes Spot #50 on Philadelphia 100 List
For nearly 30 years, the Philadelphia 100 has been showcasing the region’s fastest growing, privately-held companies and has, according to The Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia, “established a standard of excellence.” This year, event technology company, Expo Logic has joined with Philadelphia’s best and brightest - sharing alumni status with such companies as Urban Outfitters, Fiberlink and others - taking spot #50 on the Philadelphia 100 roster for 2015.
Coming on the heels of being named by Inc. Magazine as one of the country’s top 5000 fastest-growing companies, Expo Logic is continuing to be recognized for its significant and sustainable growth. From 2012 to 2014, Expo Logic experienced a 90% increase in revenue. During this same period of time, the company doubled its number of staff. Not to mention, 2015 marked Expo Logic’s third consecutive appearance on the Inc. Magazine list. Growth for the company has been both rapid and consistent.
“A few things really have to come together for a company to grow so swiftly and with such stability,” said Expo Logic’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Cooper. “Not only do you have to have a sustainable product and genuine service - which we do in our event-related technology,” Cooper said, “you also have to have a solid team and client base to support this kind of growth.”
Though Expo Logic was founded in 1980, the experience of Cooper and his team has been building since the early 1990s. Developing leading edge technology is the hallmark of Expo Logic, Cooper explained. “But,” he added, “none of what we do would matter if we weren’t completely committed to customer service and adapting everything we do toward meeting our clients’ needs better than other companies in the market.”
Expo Logic provides a variety of products and services geared toward event producers. They offer online registration platforms, on-site registration and on-demand badge printing services, lead retrieval systems, reporting and more. “Because every event is different, every event requires a different approach,” said Cooper. Expo Logic provides services for over 200 annual events worldwide.
“It’s really an honor,” Cooper said, “to look through the roster of Philly 100 companies and know that we are among them.” The companies included on the 2015 list represent $950 million in combined revenue and an average growth of 85%.
