NexxtShow Introduces NextWall Hard Wall System
NexxtShow announced the launch of NextWall™, a new modular European-style hard wall system designed to replace pipe and drape as the industry standard for partitioning exhibit booth space on the trade show floor. NextWall™ is the industry’s first hard panel wall system available as a full-scale replacement to pipe and drape at no additional charge to show managers and can reduce booth and shipping costs for exhibitors while still giving exhibitors a custom looking exhibit. NexxtShow spent two years designing and refining the patent-pending NextWall™ system, testing it with clients and exhibitors at trade shows around the country.
“NextWall™ is the ‘no upcharge’ replacement for pipe and drape that show managers have been waiting for,” says Matt Epstein, President, NexxtShow. “NextWall™ delivers a much cleaner, more contemporary European look for no additional cost and also provides exhibitors with additional options for customization and branding that pipe and drape just can’t offer.”
NextWall™ is made of rigid, interlocking lightweight plastic panels that are easy to assemble and break down and are available in a wide range of color options to match the look of any trade show or meeting. In addition, exhibitors have the option to purchase custom panels imprinted with their company or product logos, images, graphics and messaging to create a branded booth design at significant cost savings. NexxtShow’s custom panels can eliminate the need for exhibitors to rent, buy or ship separate booth displays. When the show is over, exhibitors can keep the custom imprinted panels. While hardwall systems have been available for many years, they have traditionally been far too cost-prohibitive for anything other than custom-built applications. As a result, pipe and drape has remained the only affordable booth partitioning option available to trade show managers and the default standard for the industry.
“I think the NextWall™ system is an incredible innovation for our industry,” said Dominique Stumpf, Vice President of Professional Development, National Pest Management Association. “It’s sleek and modern-looking. I think a lot of exhibitors will find NextWall™ appealing, particularly smaller companies that are on a tight budget but still want a professional, custom booth to help them effectively market their products and services at the show.”
“The NextWall™ system is great. We do a lot of shows around the country and usually all you get is the old pipe and drape system that flops around in the background or falls over. This is a refreshing change,” said Ron Dawson, President/CEO, ePest Supply and an exhibitor at PestWorld2011. “I emailed my artwork to NexxtShow and when I arrived at my booth there was a professional looking graphic ready to go. I had a nice display with our company name and logo behind me. It added more credibility to our booth. A definite improvement over pipe and drape.”
The National Apartment Association (NAA) will be the first organization in the country to feature full deployment of the NextWall™ system on the trade show floor at its Annual Education Conference & Exhibition on June 28 – 30, 2012 in Boston, Massachusetts. NAA’s annual Education Conference & Exhibition attracts more than 6,000 attendees and more than 400 exhibitors.
“When NexxtShow showed us the NextWall™ system and told us it was available for our annual conference at the same price as pipe and drape, we jumped at the opportunity,” said Doug Culkin, CAE, president & CEO, NAA. “There is simply no comparison. NextWall™ is a superior product in every way. It looks better, performs better and our exhibitors can have it professionally customized to meet their needs. It was an easy decision.”
“Pipe and drape has been around since before World War II and it served the industry well for many years, but let’s be honest, it’s time for something new,” said Epstein. “With NextWall™, we are delivering an innovative, cost-effective product and service to our clients that will change the look of their trade show floor forever. We hope our clients and their exhibitors never have to see pipe and drape again.”
NexxtShow will officially launch the NextWall™ system on May 3rd at the ASAE Springtime Expo ’12 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC.
