EXHIBITOR2013 Announces Conference Advisory Board
A key reason for the successful 25-year run of EXHIBITOR Learning Events is its Conference Advisory Board. Each year, EXHIBITOR conference participants, who have different ranges of experience and come from different industries, are invited to participate on the Conference Advisory Board. Those who accept are asked to attend a two-day spring meeting and to bring their ideas for improvement.
“EXHIBITOR show management works to reinvent and create a better show each and
every year,” said Brad Montgomery, Chair of EXHIBITOR2013’s Conference Advisory
Board, and Marketing and Communications Director for Accuform Signs. “Each year, the advisory board convenes to discuss the successes of the show and becomes a think tank for new and bigger ideas for the next year,” Montgomery continued.
“To me, this shows EXHIBITOR’S absolute commitment to staying close to the market it
serves. People come back year after year because the curriculum is just what they need, incorporating all the base knowledge as well as all that is new,” Montgomery continued. “And on the exhibit hall floor, the exhibitors are the companies that can solve their problems.”
Along with contributing ideas for new session topics that they find relevant or important for their careers/jobs, many of the advisory board members are candidates for or have received their Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) certification and are giving back to the industry by speaking at EXHIBITOR2013, which meets from March 17-21, 2013 at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
