Maggie McDonald Joins Access TCA as Director of Client Services

1/10/2013 - Maggie S. McDonald has joined Access TCA as Director of Client Services in the Boston-area office. Reporting to Vice President Amy Yag, she will oversee the activities of the Client Services team.

McDonald brings 18 years’ industry experience to Access, formally a senior project manager at George P. Johnson, where she managed team that produced nearly 300 events for one of the company’s largest accounts.

“It is a real pleasure to welcome Maggie to the Access family,” said Michael Yag, Access founder and CEO. “We were fortunate to find a gifted professional who could step right into this high-profile role.”

Maggie McDonald has directed events and exhibit programs from both the corporate and agency sides for brands as diverse as M&M Mars and IBM. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College.

“We couldn’t ask for a more perfect fit. Maggie possesses a rare combination of thought leadership and command of logistics. Her talents make for a great manager in our industry, where creativity and orchestrating details are equally important,” said Amy Yag.

McDonald looks forward to leading the 26 account managers and senior account managers who serve clients one-on-one. “Access TCA is truly one of a kind. Noting that many Access positions are filled through promotions from within, Maggie looks forward to helping her staff grow their careers. In keeping with that tradition, Sebastian Anderson has been promoted to Assistant Manager, Client Services, to support the department’s administrative needs.
