CEVA Logistics Appoints Sharon Robinson as Managing Director for Showfreight

1/24/2013 - CEVA Logistics, based in Birmingham, UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sharon Robinson to the role of Managing Director of CEVA’s Showfreight business.

Sharon has worked for CEVA’s Showfreight business for 23 years and most recently held the position of Showfreight Birmingham office Branch Manager.

Leigh Pomlett, CEVA’s President Europe says, “Since joining Showfreight in 1989, Sharon has rapidly worked her way through the ranks to become a highly valued senior member of the team. Sharon is a talented individual with in depth knowledge of the company and the international exhibition and events logistics scene.”

During her time within CEVA’s Showfreight business, Sharon has successfully managed a wide range of events from machinery to foods and aerospace to giftware. In addition to long established working relationships with existing customers and organisers, she has on-site knowledge of all major UK event venues and a track record that includes shows in Europe, U.S., Australia and Far East.
