Mirror Show Management Implements an Employee Stock Ownership Plan

1/31/2013 - Mirror Show Management is excited to announce that they have implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Employees of Mirror Show Management will now earn shares of company stock for their retirement. This transition will help build a feeling of community and shared purpose within the company. However, there will be no disruption or change in operation or governance. This is an advantage of an ESOP: the company can continue the path of business success while transitioning some of the ownership to employees.

There are approximately 11,500 U.S. companies that share ownership with employees through an ESOP and many of them are among the best-performing companies in the nation. Mirror Show Management is proud to be one of them.

Advantages for employees include receiving financial rewards for long-term company success, working for a company that is planning for the future, and enjoying an additional retirement benefit that they do not pay for.
