This process produces crisp and vibrant visuals. The new dye sublimation system can print up to 10' in width while the company's previous dye sublimation printer was limited to a maximum width of 8'. This new printing system can be used to print custom size banners as well as free standing units that are ideal for trade shows or personal events like community fundraisers, school or church functions and athletic events.

The innovative dye sublimation printing process consists of two steps. First, the graphic is digitally printed through a Mimaki printer as a mirror image onto a transfer paper. The graphic print is then inserted into a Monti Antonio heat press with plain polyester fabric. The dye turns from a solid into a gas without passing through a liquid stage and saturates the fabric so the image becomes a part of the fibers. The process creates vibrant color profiles and sharp graphic prints perfect for advertising at any business or personal function.
