EWI Worldwide to Present Interactive Sessions at Digital Signage Expo Feb. 27-28
EWI Worldwide announces it will present two sessions at the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) in Las Vegas, focused on using technology to create personalized, dynamic customer experiences. Tracy Cogswell, director, interactive design, and Alex Nichols, technical evangelist, both of EWI Worldwide will present the session “Interactive Technology Integration Considerations” while Andy Austin, president, Digital Engagements at EWI Worldwide will present “Using Digital Signage to Connect a Bank with Its Community” with Christian Burke, creative services manager at Tri Counties Bank and Steve Chollet, owner/producer, Synergy Productions. The annual conference will be held February 26- 28.
During the session “Interactive Technology Integration Considerations,” scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, Cogswell and Nichols will share strategies to create a cohesive experience for the customer in trade show booth and retail environments. Cogswell and Nichols have a combined 30 years of experience developing the overall experience for the customer and client, with particular emphasis on digital technology.
In the session “Using Digital Signage to Connect a Bank with Its Community,” scheduled for 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, Austin, Burke and Chollet will demonstrate how digital signage bridges the gap between a bank and its community, based on Tri Counties Bank’s own experience transforming its brand and lobbies to be more customer-oriented.
