DesignShop Introduces Revolutionary 'Idea Tool' to Help Event Managers

2/28/2013 - DesignShop has introduced the "Idea Tool," an online exhibit design capability to enhance the company’s proprietary Radiance Compact Modular™ exhibit system.

The Idea Tool empowers the corporate event or marketing manager to design the perfect exhibit solution as it simultaneously provides a color design rendering and accompanying price. "They are then able to email themselves and colleagues their color design and a detailed package of accessories and final pricing," said Antoinette Nasrallah, DesignShop's manager of creative media. "It is truly revolutionary to our industry."

There are other design packages out there that allow users to pull together some form of a simple design, but they tend to be cumbersome and come with a fairly steep learning curve, Nasrallah said.

The Idea Tool leads users through the process of designing their own exhibit. First they select the size from a choice of a 10’x10’ up to a 20’x30’ feet exhibit. They then select their options for the back wall, wings and headers, front counter(s) and back counter(s). Add-ons such as shelving, literature pockets and monitor mounts are available. And there is accommodation for accessories (e.g. electronics, floral, furniture). To finish, users can have a custom ATA case (Airline Travel Approved) built to the specifications of their exhibit for safe transport and storage.
