beMatrix Introduces its b62 Frame System

3/7/2013 - The beMatrix® aluminium building system is probably the fastest and easiest modular system in the market. The system's principle is "Keep the body, change the skin" : the building structure remains the same, but with different frames and/or infill's you can create a completely new look of the stand. All dimensions are based on the beMatrix® grid of 62mm, which is proven to be the ideal grid in stand building over the past 20 years.

The width of profile (= 62mm) is identical to the distance between the holes, this guarantees a perfect finish of the complete stand and its corners. The diameter of the holes (= Ø30mm) enhances the fast building of the system. The frame structure is almost invisible, once a booth is build, less than 1% of the system is visible.

The new b62 frame is extremely flexible to use for straight or curved solutions and straight and perfect corner applications.

In fact, the b62 is revolutionary, because it is perfectly suitable for panels or fabric. There is no need for separate frames or profiles, so one profile for multiple applications and … additionally panels and fabric are combined by the same connectors. This is why beMatrix' clients benefit from a higher return per frame. It is also easier to design with. Textile can cover multiple frames, giving it a seamless result. Frames can be welded (strong & fast) or assembled on site (easy transport). The B62 gives endless possibilities to the use of accessories : shelves, flatscreen supports, graphics, …. The b62 creates also economic advantages for our clients. Because it's an easy and fast building system there is less need for skilled, expensive craftsmen. Clean mounting is done with a minimum of tools. The profiles and frames are light and easy to handle, therefore ergonomical. And because of the lightweight system, less fuel is needed, so transport costs decrease and drayage costs are cut down to a minimum. The consumption of raw material is reduced, due to the long life cycle of the system.

The system is re-usable for different exhibit solutions. 1 frame for multiple solutions, resulting in less stock and higher return per frame. Furthermore the b62 meets the current ecological requirements, hence reducing the ecological footprint. Aluminium is endlessly recyclable without any loss of quality. There is zero waste of materials. The re-usability is a big improvement in the recycling process. It is a frame with a long life cycle, this means far less material consumption. The fastest building system for panels is now also available for textile. The new profile is 50% stronger than the previous one, resulting in even more durability.
