Ruth Fell Failer Completes Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) Program

2/4/2010 - Ruth Fell Failer has joined the ranks of the trade show industry’s A-list talent by completing EXHIBITOR’s Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) accreditation program. This is the only university-affiliated certification program in the trade show and event marketing industry.

Failer started the certification process in 2006 to improve her clients’ trade show marketing strategies. She has successfully accomplished all of the CTSM program requirements: a 28-course core curriculum, a comprehensive examination and acceptance of a Candidate Portfolio. Failer will be recognized in March as one of the new CTSM graduates at the annual awards ceremony at EXHIBITOR2010, the leading educational conference and exhibition for trade show and event marketing professionals worldwide.

Failer launched her trade show strategy company in order to work with new and experienced exhibitors who sought to increase their profits at trade shows. With a background in sales and marketing as well as over fifteen years of experience as an exhibitor at trade shows, she works to empower booth staff with strategic tools in order to increase sales at shows and in the store.

“The CTSM program has provided me with a deeper understanding of trade show development, and allowed me to be even more efficient for my clients, consider new perspectives on booth staff training, and build an incredible resource base,” said Ruth Fell Failer, CTSM. “The certification process has taken a lot of hard work and determination which makes achieving this status even more rewarding professionally and personally.”

Tips of the Trade, partners with trade show organizers, while coaching new exhibitors through the preparation process of a trade show. Ruth Failer facilitates interactive workshops customized to the topics exhibitors need most guidance on. Subjects may include pre-show marketing, at-show sales and presentation skills, and post-show follow-up. These interactive workshops are presented at the time of the show or months before. Her clients include exhibitors ready to commit to a Strategic Marketing Plan and a Booth Staff Action Plan. For more information, go to www.BestTipsOf TheTrade.com.
