Image Work Communications Wins Marketing Excellence Award from Hewlett-Packard
2/25/2010
-
Image Work Communications (IWC) – has done it again; Saving the World from Creative Boredom – this
time by humanizing technology with story. The micro agency and media
production studio recently received the latest validation of its approach,
in the form of an internal Marketing Excellence Award from Hewlett-Packard
for IWC's "Go Digital!" media presentation.
For the award-winning project, IWC told the story of HP's Digital Media
Solutions in a three-minute media presentation that went straight to the
heart of why potential customers – new media developers, broadcasters,
communicators and distributors – should adopt and use HP's advanced
digital workflow solutions.
"Starting from a few technical bullet points, we applied our original IWC
Discovery & Design Process to produce a clear and compelling visual
narrative," said Victor Ortado, director/creative superhero for IWC. "By
portraying technology and its uses in human terms, our media presentation
resonated emotionally with the target audience."
The "Go Digital!" presentation is designed for use in many ways: as a
virtual experience, for live presentation support and press events, and as
a one-on-one sales tool.
"IWC specializes in generating media-based experiences that connect the
dots between a client's strategy and its audience – crafting visual
stories into effective integrated campaigns, media communications,
immersive web environments and community-based experiences," said John
Lawrence, president/master cylinder for IWC. "The 'Go Digital!' video, and
the recognition it generated, exemplify our commitment to helping our
clients build and maintain lasting relationships with their audiences
through media designed to educate, engage and inspire."
