Lygase Introduces SmartEvents Attendee Tracking and Automated Lead Capture

Lygase introduces the SmartEvents™ solution that automatically captures all the attendees that entered your booth, and delivers analytics to answer all your business problems. Here are the lists of reports delivered through the SmartEvents™ solution.
Leads Report – This report delivers a list of all the attendees that entered your booth, all the notes you captured on each attendee you interacted with, how much time they spent inside of your booth, and a lead score to help the exhibitor quickly follow up with the highest ranking leads.
Bubble Map – This is a real time report that allows exhibitors to quickly understand the highly populated areas on the trade show floor.
Target Audience Report – This report tells the exhibitor “What percent of the total attendees fall in my Target Audience?”. This report also allows the exhibitor to track what percent of the target audience visited the booth. This report has a date feature so the exhibitor can understand how many target attendees visited the booth on Day 1, 2, or 3 of the trade show.
Competitive Analysis Report – This report tells the exhibitor “What percent of my target audience visited my competitor’s booth?”, and how much time, on average, the attendees spent with the competition.
Analytical Reports – In this suite of reports, the exhibitor has the ability to further ‘slice and dice’ the data. The exhibitor is given a line graph to understand the highs and lows of the attendee visits throughout the show. The exhibitor can understand the percentage of VPs and non-VPs that visited their booth.
Lygase has been able to price these reports comparable to the current lead capture systems that are currently available on the market.
There are reports available for the show organizer and the attendee. The show organizers are given high-level reports of the entire trade show floor, and the attendee is given a list of all the booths he/she visited. Depending on the exhibitor’s participation in the SmartEvents™ solution, the attendee can review marketing material of all the exhibitors he/she visited. Highlighting the green solution features and post-event sales support of the SmartEvents™ solution. The SmartEvents™ solution works with Kiosks (aka SmartKiosks) to help attendees quickly find the exhibitor on the trade show floor that is most relevant to them. The exhibitor can also take advantage of the digital signage feature, where attendees are delivered advertisement of the exhibitor most relevant to them.
