Feed The Crew, Reap The Rewards
Several years ago, my employer, Encad, had a lot of leftover food after a big press event held in the show hall.
Instead of throwing away perfectly good eats, they had a better idea. The staff packed it all up and carried it down to the loading dock. There, it was handed over to the foreman and his crew, who were told, "Enjoy lunch courtesy of Encad." The look on their
faces was unforgettable (surprise mixed with appreciation). Encad didn't have to worry about losing any crates in that city.
