The Basics of Event Logistics and Implementation - Part II
It is recommended that Part I (6010R) be taken prior to this session.
Part II takes you through the actual production phase of planning all the way to the end of an event. From menu planning to lighting and video, you will learn all the skills necessary to successfully implement your carefully laid plans for live meetings and events.

| • | Contract and manage speakers and entertainment.
