In this two-part session, author Jim Gilmore will share specific tools for staging experiences in truly compelling ways. Learn to:

 •  Hit the "sweet spot" across four experiential realms
 •  Theme any experience
 •  Direct staff to play their assigned roles
CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.
