This is part two of a two-part workshop. Part one, T158 at 10:00am, must also be taken.
This workshop is limited to 15 registrants.


A visual audit that assesses your exhibit, staff, and marketing is a great way to evaluate your exhibit's performance versus your competitors. This three-part program will include: a 90-minute overview, a 45-minute small-group (plus mentor) exercise on the EXHIBITORLIVE show floor, and 45-minutes of feedback and evaluation. Learn to:
 •  Understand the difference between quantitative and qualitative metrics
 •  Conduct a visual audit
 •  Write an audit report - and use the results to improve your results at future trade shows

Marc brings his experience in exhibiting and business ownership / management to his workshops and seminars. In 1985, he founded Marketech360 that specializes performance improvement through training and measurement. . He authored Small Doesn't Mean Second Rate, the Future of Healthcare Exhibiting is Learning, in 2016 published Strategic Trade Show Success and in 2017, Tips from SCORE - a guide for small businesses management. He created the first exhibiting measurement software - Measurement Made Easy.

Holly sits on the board of AWIB, is a member of The NAWBO, Alabama Women in Business (AWIB) and The Women's Network (TWN). Holly holds an MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.
